Our Classes

At House of Reformer we have a class level and pace to suit everyone - whatever your age, ability or schedule! Our Align, Define and Elevate classes are designed to follow the principles of pilates whilst also offering some more dynamic movement with props as you progress through the levels.

Our signature Strength Reformer class is a PT-led class using the reformer machine as well as free weights offering dynamic movement, weight training and cardio bursts - something a little bit different to add to your routine!

Total Beginner | Ground Your Practice

 

This is where your journey begins. Align introduces you to the principles of reformer Pilates: mindful movement, breath-led flow, and foundational strength. Ideal for those new to Pilates or returning after time away.

 

Expect:

  • Gentle, focused instruction

  • Emphasis on control and form

  • A strong base for progression

Improver - Intermediate | Challenge your practice

Now that your foundation is set, define deepens your practice. Expect longer sequences, targeted engagement, and an increased challenge — all while staying rooted in precision and flow.

 

Expect:

  • More dynamic transitions

  • Full-body sculpting focus

  • Enhanced coordination and rhythm

Intermediate - Advanced | Master your practice

Elevate is our most advanced class, expect more challenging moves that you may not master first-time round! We push you to go a little further in these classes, with dynamic movement and some longer strength sequences, 

 

Expect:

  • Dynamic movement

  • Advanced reformer combinations

  • A full-body, heart-lifting experience

STRENGTH 
REFORMER

Why only stick to Pilates? We have created a unique class that uses the reformer and combines dynamic pilates movement with free weights and cardio bursts for a totally new workout.

 

This fabulous PT led class only runs on some days so book ahead to secure your space!
