I'm new to Reformer Pilates—can I still join a class?
Absolutely. We welcome all levels, and our instructors are trained to offer modifications and guidance to ensure you feel confident and supported throughout your session.
What should I wear to class?
We recommend form-fitting, comfortable activewear that allows for ease of movement and helps your instructor see your alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, as spaces are limited and in high demand.
How often should I go to Reformer Pilates?
This depends on your goals, but we generally recommend 2–3 times per week to see and feel real progress. Consistency is key, and our team is happy to help you create a routine that works for your lifestyle.
